It's Sunday and you know what that means...my weekly Sunday rant!
Today, I'm going to be ranting about snow. Can we just talk about the fact that in the state of Virginia, these past few winters we have had almost no snow? In the past 3 years we've probably had a total of maybe 5 snow days, maybe a little more, I don't really remember 7th grade.
Anyway, this year everyone was saying that we were supposed to get a lot of snow this winter, and we did, and it's getting absolutely ridiculous.
I wanted to have snow this winter, snow days are fun and I just like the idea of snow in the winter. However, it has gotten to the point where I want to cry every time somebody says the word snow. Well, I not really, but it does make me really mad.
It's March, I do not want snow in March. I just don't. We're half way through March, it's the 16th, tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day, and they're calling for snow. Crying.
I don't even care about getting out of school anymore, I just want warm spring weather. My birthday is in 16 days, not counting today, and I swear if it is not at least 60 degrees on my birthday, I will have a birthday redo when it's warmer.
I'm just so done with the cold! You don't even understand!
In other news, I'm reading Fahrenheit 451 for English and it is the stupidest book I have ever read. I can't even tell what the book is about, it's ridiculous. I don't understand why they are forcing me to read this, what is it teaching me? In the book, books are illegal, sooo....what? Are they trying to say I should stop reading books or...?
No seriously, I'm sick of school. They're just requiring me to do the stupidest things that I don't want to do. I'm seriously not even learning anything that will ever help me in life right now.
And! I had to watch a live birth in health, right before lunch! Do you know how disgusting that was? I did not even enjoy that one bit!
School is stupid. Done. So done.
