Rehearsal!

Hey guys!

So today was my dress rehearsal because our dance recital is on Saturday!

Rehearsal is always sooo stressful but it's a lot of fun too! My dances this year are number 3 and number 15, and that's pretty close. Plus, after you finish your dance you have to go take pictures. It pretty much leaves you with 0 time to get changed, especially if your dances are that close together. Luckily our tap pictures took like 5 minutes and we had a good amount of time to change for lyrical.

Our tap dance went pretty well. One of the girls forgot her costume and had to do it in her shorts and recital shirt. But other than that everything went really well! We were on time and together and it was good. Our costumes are sooo nasty though.

Lyrical on the other hand was a disaster. One of the girls was on the completely wrong foot the whole time, someone else was behind the curtain. And then when I walked on with Leanna and our friend Mia, I was late to walk on and it just messed all three of us up. We all ended up in the wrong spots and it was so bad. After the dance our teacher came up to us and yelled at us and told us it was really bad. So yeah, hopefully it'll be much better on Saturday.

After lyrical we were done. We got to stay and watch a few of the other dances including Evie's tap and Aubrey's ballet. I can't wait for Saturday because since I'm not in the second half of the recital, I get to watch from the audience and that'll be fun.

Since I had dress rehearsal tonight I had to miss my orchestra concert which was also tonight. This means that tomorrow, during class, I have to play all of the concert pieces, by myself, in front of my teacher. Just shoot me now. I can't even do it. I also have my chemistry SOL tomorrow. I'm not doing it. Tomorrow just needs to hurry up and end so that I can have my dance weekend and be happy.

I'll try to post on Saturday but if not, someone remind me to post on Sunday!

Sorry for no pictures, I'm too lazy. Hahaha.
